Join Team TNT for our weekly Tuesday Night Trail Run!
Whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned runner looking to push your pace, this group run is open to all genders and paces.
Each month, we'll introduce a new route ranging from 2.5 to 3 miles, perfect for a quick run or a more extended double loop if you're up for the challenge.
We repeat the same route every Tuesday for a month, giving newcomers a great way to familiarize themselves with the park and allowing regulars to measure their progress and speed up as the month goes on.
