Hill, hills, hills!
This week our group run will focus on hill skills and whether you are hiking them or running them there is something for everyone! There are two “loops” both are short and include some hills so you can do as many as you want to complete your mileage or elevation goals.
The two loops can be done one after the other, back and forth ensuring you will pass by your running mates several times so we can all give each other encouragement along the way!
